Great location, although room not...

Liked: Perfect location, so close to Queensway tube station.
Disliked: Advertised as a “deluxe double room” and I fail to see the deluxe aspect. The room was tiny, you could not move past one another. The bath tub was tiny (not a full size standard bath. The carpet did not even cover the floor as the underlay was showing. The light fittings in the bathroom were so close to the shower head and not fitted properly I feared if water was to get in the electrics & there was no seat for the mirror in what appeared to be like the dressing room.

Underwhelming, unclean and disappointing

Liked: The lobby looked nice and it’s in a nice location
Disliked: We had a twin club room and I understand the size of the room as it’s in London yet the contrast between the lobby and the rooms is something else. First off our air conditioning barely worked, our walls were dirty and covered in black marks, the window was destroyed in dirt and dust, the bathroom is so small and there wasn’t a fan so the room would steam up really quickly and no matter what position the shower was in water would get on the floor, on top of all this the room was not cleaned properly, when we first arrived we found dirty earplugs on the floor beside the beds. Nice location but severely disappointing considering the price and architecture of the hotel lobby and surrounding buildings.

Liked: Staff were great and friendly. Location was excellent. The lounge gave a classic vintags vibe which was unique and beautiful.
Disliked: I didnt realize that our room was very small. Cant move comfortably with two people. Also, it was not sound proof as described, construction was really noisy.
