Great location for access into...

Liked: The location was perfect for what we wanted from our trip to London. The facade and communal areas of the hotel were grand and very atmospheric. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.The staff were really attentive and helpful with the issue i shall mention below.
Disliked: We had to change room at the hotel due to the first room not being anything as to what was expected going by the images shown on the website. The room was very small and tired. I am still not sure what the window area was all about. It had one shabby blind in the middle surrounded by black out tape that was peeling. The 2nd room was better but I think it had the smallest shower cubicle I have ever seen.

ok, but it didn't match...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable
Disliked: They placed us in a room that had a window at road level, facing the stairs/road leading to the basement, which did not allow the curtains to be opened at any time.

Liked: Excellent location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, breakfast outstanding.
Disliked: Room a bit on the small side but quiet and comfortable

Disappointed

Liked: When we arrived we were told we had a deluxe double. I’d hate to think what a standard looked like. It was small and the bathroom was tiny also hardly any lights nothing above the mirror in the bedroom. It wasn’t double glazed and was very noisy
