Nice location and staff but...

Liked: Nice location-by the ocean; great views; valet and housekeeping were excellent. I enjoyed all of the Merrie Monarch activities- but couldn’t watch Merrie Monarch in my room.
Disliked: My bed was very hard; I could hear noises of doors/cabinet closing at all hours; I had an adjoining room so noise carried. There were some bugs but maintenance treated the room. Narrow hallway and a long walk to my room. Couldn’t watch Merrrie Monarch in my room.

Liked: Good location. Nice view.
Disliked: Lacking cleanliness. Room was small. Parking lot needs to be repaved. Overpriced with resort fee. If not for being in Hawaii the room was on par with a Motel 6.
