Bad costumer service

Liked: Our room was extremely hot the AC was set up to 65 and was very hot they change us to another room and still the same. Also Nicole was the one who was helping us and was Very rude with us. I’m not staying again there.

Beautiful hotel, just a little...

Liked: The hotel is beautiful, two pools (little and not as beautiful as expected plus no jacuzzi! This is something I saw when booking and the hotel didn’t have) other than that the lobby, then is courts, restaurants were beautiful. Room was ok, comfortable, clean but the bathroom is old and the shower was not working properly, either too cold or too hot and handle was loose

Liked: The staff member at the front desk, named Sherryl, was extremely helpful, professional, and very polite. The breakfast was excellent. Very excellent staff, too. We enjoyed our stay
Disliked: The price is a little high for a small room. High taxes

Liked: Mr. Lucas Bell front desk supervisor was amazing. He was able to identify where I was overcharged and got it refunded. When he saw I was visibly upset about my car being misplaced by valet he immediately went and located my vehicles key. Also, valet Michael older gentleman was awesome. These two staff members saved me from having a disastrous experience.
Disliked: Not all the crew members were friendly. I didn't like the fact that the ladies cleaning the rooms didn't speak English the would only smile at your questions. And, my vehicle was valet under my first name not the last like my reservation. The car seemed lost at first.
