Disliked: Rude staff we asked 4 times to get our room cleaned but nobody did and then the housekeeping manager came and yelled to us that her employee came 2 times to our room which she didn’t she wasn’t telling the truth and the manager left us talking and went away, not clean rooms, not clean towels, no facilities, even towels were not clean. Although thanks to Mr. Kenedy he was nice the only staff member who was helpful.

Disliked: the hotel is old room was smelly the bathroom , the carpet everything was too old screaming for renovation and falling a part. it is impossible to communicate with reception from your room, i had to make an international phone call from my phone to get to speak with someone from the hotel.
