I will never book Grand...

Liked: The day I checked out.
Disliked: I had booked 2 rooms by accident. I arrived early and tried to cancel the 2nd room or change the date. The staff would not help me nor did they provide a solution.. The mistake happened on a Saturday and they could easily resale the room, but they would not provide my simple request. Poor service!¡

Near the airport, good view...

Liked: The staff (barman, technicians, reception) is friendly but they look terrified of helping guests/customers on things that the hotel prohibits and other hotels do normally - I needed an opener and the manager unkindly told the barman no way he can lend it. He did not even looked at me until I talked to him directly (even though he was 1 m away). They mentioned that they all are with the cameras. Rooms are spacious.
Disliked: carpets are not so clean, everything looks very old like a hotel that was good in the 80´s, TV was not working so needed to have someone to repair it.
