Liked: Location! Very comfortable beds. Energetic friendly staff. Ryan was especially helpful recommending and critiquing nearby restaurants!
Disliked: Guest room doors SLAM LOUDLY waking everyone in rooms nearby.

For the cost, the housekeeping...

Liked: Staff was nice but housekeeping was severely lacking
Disliked: No real dining options for kids. Not a family friendly hotel. Housekeeping didn’t clean band aids stuck to shower door discovered upon arrival (after notifying the front desk) and left cleaning bottles around the room after cleaning while we were out during the day. For the cost and expectation of this classification, this should have been handled by the staff.

Good location in an upscale...

Disliked: The restaurant needs better service - host/hostess absent and bar service was slow. We left without eating.
