Liked: Everything about my experience here was great! Wi-Fi, bicycles, and quality toiletries are included. I love that there is a key, and not a card, for each room. I reserved two rooms that shared a patio with two bistro tables and a fire pit that actually warmed the area. The quality of the hotel is excellent, down to every last finish. The hotel feels somewhat like a bed & breakfast, but is much more private and elegant. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

Disliked: The bathroom smelled like waste. It was terrible. The morning breakfast croissants were hard as bricks.

Went for disappointed to happy...
Liked: Beautiful decor, exceptional service, staff was amazing and lovely. They accommodated me and helped me as much as they could in spite of the problems occuring that were unpreventable - for that alone I would recommend this facility Its so hard to find friendly helpful people :)
Disliked: Breakfast in bed was cold, the bed squeaked all night, had to be moved because there was a tapping noise in my first room...liked the first room a lot better than the room I was moved into - very noisy all night from the room I was moved to, close to the street and too noisy...pillows were very uncomfortable

The place looks great but...
Liked: front desk rep at check in was very nice and friendly. The food at the bistro was good. Hotel has beautiful decor and the room was cozy.
Disliked: Service: Everyone was really unsure about most things : parking situation (how to get to the parking structure, how it?s paid for) room service: when room service ends, what we can order, complimentary breakfast seemed confusing as to what?s included how can we rearrange the scheduled breakfast delivery. Understand it?s a boutique hotel and the front desk wears many hats but having to walk down to the desk to get a question answered at 6 am was not part of a relaxing morning. Not being told about the parking situation ( it?s two blocks away) we had multiple bags and having to carry your own bags - things that make it not a comfortable experience. I think there needs to be a little buttoning up of service to compliment the aesthetics.
