A very cozy and comfortable...

Liked: The guesthouse is in a very quiet location. The house itself is lovely, the garden is beautiful. Agnes is certainly a passionate gardener. And she also is a very caring and attentive host. And I absolutely loved her wonderful Scottish accent :-)

A very enjoyable stay!

Liked: A beautiful building, very quiet, with off road parking, yet within easy walking distance to the centre and restaurants. Our host was wonderful and full of information about things to do and places to go. Our room was extremely comfortable, breakfast was excellent!
Disliked: Nothing!

Home from home at Gramarsy...

Liked: A little piece of heaven in Brechin. Close to my family & lovely to support local shops. Agnes, a lovely person, very welcoming, friendly & went above & beyond to facilitate our needs. We had a lovely cooked breakfast, plenty of variety & plentiful. Agnes's home was so comfortable & warm, beds very comfortable. Shower & toiletries were lovely as so were the fluffy hand towels, faceclothes & bath towels. It's situated in a very quiet area tucked away so no noise at all. Thank you Agnes for a wonderful stay & experience. Home from home experience. It was lovely to meet you & shared a few laughs too. Highly recommend Gramarsy House for your stay.
Disliked: Only thing I didn't like, I wish I could have stayed longer.

Liked: Agnes was a lovely and very helpful host. She gave us recommendations for dinner in Brechin and day trips in the region. Very restful night. Delicious homemade breakfast! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely house with off-road parking...

Liked: Stayed for a night and had a lovely time. Met by the host Agnes who couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We chose Gramarcy House for the off road parking for motorcycles. Excellent breakfast in the morning after a good night’s sleep.
