Liked: Was close to the venue we had to go to.
Disliked: The room was dirty. One socket no lamps and the sink was dirty and the taps didn't even work. Shower room was dirty and smelled. Toilet was not very clean and I found the staff very unhelpful. It was like they didn't want you there. All in all, I would never go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Lucky we only had to stay 1 night.

Liked: Really comfortable bed and clean room and facilities, having a sink in the room was so helpful. Staff really friendly and welcoming too. Perfect location for my needs and great value for money ! If I'm in Leicester again I'll definitely be booking to stay here again

Cheap one night stay

Liked: Cost and lovely people. Building a bit tired but suited us perfectly. Given a towel and a shampoo on arrival and tge shaired shower was hot! Would stay again.
Disliked: No air con and windows were painted shut with just one small one opening. In room 10 certainly but plesant enough.

Very good and quiet location

Liked: The location was very good (next to a museum and park), easy to find and in a quiet area. I liked that the hallways were all covered with carpet. The room and bed were clean. The toilet and bathroom were close by. I was not aware when I booked the room, that I will be having a single room. This was a nice surprise . The staff at the reception was very nice and competent.
Disliked: The only thing, which I did not like was that it was not clear which door of the two were the entrance door.

Liked: Serbian owners, very friendly, good room sizes, comfy bed.
Disliked: Not every room has its own bathroom (toilet and shower in one room on the floor)
