The most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Will definitely stay again.

Liked: We had 2 live giant roaches in our bathroom when we arrived. Killed one. Other than that all was great.

It?s ok ...
Liked: Perhaps if you?re a college student, you?d love it. It has more of a Hostel feel to it. The front desk didn?t know if the Tiki bar was open the night of my stay, or what days it operates. This hotel needs to clean its windows, on the front door, on the windows in the rooms. Surfaces did not strike me as clean and had me worried. Parking is 15$. Street parking is free after 6 pm and on Sunday. Also, the printed guide for TV in the room was totally off so I think they should easily update that to reflect new channels , since there is no guide button. I think for 125$ your money is better spent at the Cornhusker Marriott. The Marriott is more focused on the guest experience. The front desk lady was interrupted by a male coworker, and didn?t finish telling me anything about the hotel, the room, the area, etc. instead flirting with a male coworker as I wandered off. She gave me a room right next to the elevator (311) so I could hear people and the elevator all night. I also got a lousy view of a gas station . I was looking forward to a great view like I had at Marriott (the front desk there said I would love the room looking at the Capitol and it was so nice) , and no early checkin (they didn?t even flinch when I arrived at Marriott st 1:15pm) but Graduate wouldn?t allow me to check in any earlier than 4 pm due to Covid.
Disliked: See above. I stayed at two separate hotels in Lincoln, NE last weekend. This was my varying experience at the two.

Liked: Location, and hotel theme was fun..
Disliked: Pay for parking , i felt like I was constantly tipping the VAlet, but that is more on me not knowing what the etiquette is.

Perfect Pick for a Clean...
