Passable
Liked: The location is convenient. Check-in was easy.
Disliked: The room and bed was probably too small for 2 people. The shower is shared and was terrible, but we found another shower on a different floor which worked better.

Lovley stay
Liked: Hotel was a good price, in the city centre close to both Euston and St Pancras station. Bed was comfy and room were spacious. Would defiantly recommend and stay again!

Great location, clean and tidy...
Liked: Great location, room was clean and tidy. Pleasantly surprised with the value of this property after seeing some reviews. Had a family room with private bathroom and it was great. Would stay again.

Good value for money and...
Liked: Was very convenient to go to St. Pancras international. The place was small but comfortable. The facilities were great. Coffee and tea was provided.
Disliked: The receptionist was reluctant to let us leave our suitcases for a couple of hours until our train to Paris. I had to ask a few times and mention that it was not a problem with the receptionist from the day before. Eventually he let us leave our suitcases. There was some dust.

They said I didn’t show...
Liked: The location was very good a short walk from Kings Cross station.
Disliked: The facilities were as basic as they come. That would be fine for the price except that they told Booking.com that I didn’t show up so was charged again. I paid on card but on my bank statement it didn’t show the name of the hotel so Booking.com wouldn’t give me a refund. I’d avoid this place at all cost.
