I stayed at this hotel while attending a concert close by. The rooms are clean, but the hotel is outdated. The room did not have a closet. The air conditioner made a loud noise. It was good enough for a one day stay.
Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable.

Liked: The night clerk, after 12AM. Courteous, prompt, informative and accommodating. He was welcoming and it was a pleasure to check in.
Disliked: Given the location, which safe and convenient however, I do believe a higher than normal transient clientele can and does leave the morning staff and housekeeping with short temperaments and border line, if not unacceptable behavoir in addressing customers regarding check out times. I asked for a late checkout and the front desk professional who conveyed my check in courteous promt time offered an additional hour and I was quite pleased to get it. However, having been called once on top two additional knocks on the door, it was just a bit much. One of those door visits was with a housekeeping profession who barely spoke English so Im certain she did not fully ascertain my assurance of a late check out. Now do I believe this professional should have a grasp of the English language, basic yes. But this is not her fault but rather a management responsibility. Management hired her so management needs to engage another to speak with customers or arrange to educate that individual(s) on the the language. My father was am immigrant from Mexico and indeed learned English and proudly earned U.S. citizenship. As for the morning front desk and housekeeping manager, they should not be left to engaging clientele that are an 15min or an hour past check out. Ever. They lack basic communication, assessment and information gathering tools that would allow them to make an informed decisions and taking the appropriate action(s). It would yield far better results and leaving customers with a positive last impression instead of being made to feel like a welfare case or a homeless person.

Almost Perfect Stay
Liked: The outer property is just ok. There are a few ppl wandering but because of the area it?s a given. Nobody ever approached us nor followed down to the parking under the building so I still felt fairly safe. Staff was great and at times a little slow. Our room was very clean! I wiped with Clorox wipes and there was very little dirt on the wipe when finished. The beds were newer and comfortable. Not sure if it was due to Covid but there are no coffee or microwaves in the room. There is a Denny?s with a value menu right across the street (perfect for us since my husband lost his wallet on this trip). They helped me out by providing a complimentary tooth brush when I discovered mine went missing.
Disliked: We booked this room for 4 ppl and we were only given two towels. The first night we asked we received the towels and the cleaners took them back the next day. When we asked for more towels we were told there weren?t any extras. 4 ppl sharing two small towels wasn?t ok (I mean if it were my children maybe but it wasn?t).
