Disgusting stain on this hotel...
Liked: Horrible experience! Unprofessional and disrespectful hotel manager! Untrained staff! 2 staff let themselves into my room WHILE I was in there. They did not tell me why they were there and left without saying anything. Later they asked to come in to fix a phone that had been broken for a YEAR per the front desk staff. It was in the middle of the day while I was working on my computer. I told them they were not permitted to enter while I was there. Keep in mind I was checking out the next day. The hotel manager then comes and DEMANDS I let themselves into my in to fix the phone NOW or change rooms. There was no explanation or reason why it needed to be done right then. There was no apology for all the disruptions and the major inconvenience. There was no consideration of my time, my work, or my money. It was honestly bizarre and unprofessional if not downright creepy. Horrible experience and never have I ever had hotel staff demand to be let into my room to fix anything. This was not an emergency and could have been fixed when I checked out the next day. I changed rooms for obvious reasons, but it doesn’t erase the disgusting stain on that hotel and their staff!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE, UNCLEAN SMELLY ROOMS,...
Liked: AWFUL EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL HOTEL MANAGER. Was kicked out of my room in the middle of the day for them to fix the landline. I was working on my computer and they interrupted me 5 times that afternoon. I was told the phone hadn’t been working in a year, but they DEMANDED I let them in to fix the phone right then or switch rooms. Creepy and truly unprofessional behavior. This wasn’t an emergency and clearly hadn’t been a priority to them for a year. That makes the whole situation even more bizarre. To be clear, no one told me at any point that this needed to be done. Several workers came knocking on my door that afternoon WITHOUT telling me why. Two workers opened the door thinking I wasn’t in the room. I travel extensively and have never had a hotel manager demand access to my room for ANY reason. I was checking out the next day, but they refused to wait. Bizarre that after all the back and forth and waiting for me to pack my stuff to change rooms, they could have at least waited until the end of the work day. I didn’t think this was a dive hotel given the price, but it really was. It wasn’t clean and smelled on top of everything else. It’s not worth the price, location, experience, or staff!

Inexpensive and you get what...
Liked: The price...the staff were pretty nice
Disliked: You don't clean the room after my night there. The bed wasn't made. The coffee packs were easily torn which made brewing coffee very difficult.
