Convenient location but could do...

Liked: Nice breakfast and food in the restaurant, with nice staff in restaurant. Good location near A9 highway, works well for a one night stop over.
Disliked: We were given a hot room with AC that didn't work, we were then given a different hot room where the AC again didn't work. This time, we were met by "there's nothing I can do" and a poor attitude from reception staff. No apologies or wanting to solve the situation even though it was not a fully booked hotel. When asking to speak with manager it was not possible, it was also not possible to try to fix it, not until my partner insisted on a solution did they in the end have someone come to try and fix AC. This is not the first time there has been AC issues at this hotel, also not the first time we have been met by poor attitude from reception staff (this time laughing at my partner when he requested a solution) - they could definitely use some training in customer service.

Great stay at hotel close...

Liked: Great location, there is parking, rooms are super nice, the bed is really comfortable, very pet friendly (the dog was welcomed in the room with a water bowl and a treat) - you have to though pay 15 euro extra for the dog stay.
Disliked: You can still slightly hear the planes taking off near by, as Leipzig airport is a hub for cargo planes (usually older and more noisy than passenger planes). The staff is not particularly friendly nor welcoming.

Nice, quiet transfer hotel

Liked: Good hotel and we stay there frequently, few times a year. This time we were a bit unlucky since we had loud neighbors next doors, though it`s not the fault of the hotel. Nevertheless, hotel is clean, rooms are good size with comfortable beds, and the breakfast has plenty of choice. We particularly would like to complement the bar service for absolutely great coffee, thank you!
Disliked: All good, except some loud people next doors
