Liked: Breakfast.
Disliked: My shower was not working - reported 7am and told it would be fixed. It wasn’t; reported again at 10am; no alternative offered.

Couldn't find anything to fault our stay. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Liked: A very enjoyable experience.
Disliked: No negative feedback.

Disliked: The breakfast could have more variety. Sauna is awful, next to the pool, no peaceful place to rest, people from the pool are getting in in swimsuits and slippers and without towels.

Liked: The property was great. Honestly a good location - only a 10 minute walk to the main Glasgow Central Station, the city centre isn’t far at all, just past the station and then you have lots of food, shops, there is a Tesco about 5 minutes where we got snacks from! Getting into Edinburgh wasn’t hard, literally one train from the Glasgow Central Station! The food in the restaurant was amazing! Although we only ate there one evening -> we had the Thursday Fajita night & oh my goodness! It was sensational! It’s only on until 8.30pm, they’re a little spicy, but super good, we’re not big breakfast eaters so we didn’t bother with breakfast! But no doubt it would’ve been just as good! They serve Starbucks at the bar which was good if you’re a coffee lover! The parking is easy and accessible which was handy for us! . Also easy to get places in a car if you take one. The staff were lovely people! They made us feel very welcomed! I even told them it was my partners birthday and they put some decs up for us, which was really cute! There’s also a lot of places around to just venture out too! We had the car which made things a bit easier to just venture to random places! But even if you didn’t have a car there are a lot of transport options!
Disliked: The only downside, and it’s only minor was the pool in the spa, it’s a bit far from our hotel room, it was down the lifts, then you walk down like 3 flights of stairs, then walk up a flight, then walk halfway round the back to get to the woman’s changing rooms, then it’s another walk into the pool area. The pool water looked a little bit murky but I’m not sure if that was just that pool. The floor seems a little unstable inside the pool, it felt quite bouncy. We didn’t stay in there for long. But everything else was AMAZING!
