Liked: Breakfast.
Disliked: My shower was not working - reported 7am and told it would be fixed. It wasn’t; reported again at 10am; no alternative offered.

Couldn't find anything to fault our stay. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

It could have been better...

Liked: The lighting, accessibility of rooms and it's near the City centre.
Disliked: During my stay, I encountered several issues that I would like to bring to your attention. The pillows in the room were not fresh, and I had to request replacements. Additionally, there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided in the room. The bed was also quite uncomfortable, which affected the quality of my rest.I was also disappointed with the service from the bar manager, who came across as unhelpful and displayed a poor attitude. On a positive note, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and support.I hope this feedback helps improve the overall guest experience.

Liked: It was very well maintained. Spotlessly clean. The air con in the room actually worked. It had a lovely atmosphere about it. I didn’t use the leisure facilities so couldn’t comment on that.
Disliked: Nothing.
