Liked: Breakfast.
Disliked: My shower was not working - reported 7am and told it would be fixed. It wasn’t; reported again at 10am; no alternative offered.

Couldn't find anything to fault our stay. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Liked: A very enjoyable experience.
Disliked: No negative feedback.

Liked: Staff were lovely and everything was clean.
Disliked: The rooms were pretty basic compared to the Hilton in Glasgow considering both are 5*. Also the congested traffic and road works made the nights unbearable.

Disliked: The products in the bathroom felt cheap and were not of a good quality and the bottles were empty.

Liked: Near the city centre. Friendly staff
Disliked: All about the hotel was pretty good, except the fact that staff should use different cleansing wipes for cleaning tables and seats. I personally saw multiple times how while breakfast staff cleaned at first tables then chairs and with the same wipe table again. It is not hygienic.
