Disliked: My shower was not working - reported 7am and told it would be fixed. It wasn’t; reported again at 10am; no alternative offered.

Couldn't find anything to fault our stay. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Liked: My stay was quite satisfactory, thank you. For what it was I thought that comparatively it was top end of the cost spectrum.

Liked: Everything especially leisure centre and breakfast. The use of executive suite was excellent.

Under Construction

Liked: The staff were friendly and very welcoming
Disliked: The hotel is under construction and we were not made aware of this prior to booking. Its a bit off putting when you are looking for a nice night away. We were given a room on the 6th floor which looked like something from the 90s. If the hotel has been refurbished in certain places then guests should be assigned to these rooms not old rooms. The swimming pool is also not in the hotel, you can access it from the first floor but you have to go down 5 flights of stairs and then back up all wet and cold. When we got to the swimming pool the roof was leaking and it was really off putting when trying to enjoy a swim and sauna. we paid over £100 for 1 night and cant believe they can charge that price.
