Pleasurable evening away

Liked: Lovely big rooms and comfortable bed. Cold water dispensers are a lovely touch and much appreciated. Nice leisure facilities. Access to the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were the reason I booked this hotel and they didn't disappoint.
Disliked: Our room was hot and although a fan was provided I didn't want it on all night. The window wouldn't open. The location wasn't the best, Argyle Street is being dug up so quite noisy and messy. Nicer walking by the river. The outside looks a little dated.

Disliked: One lift out hotel room is dated breakfast was poor as my wife was gluten free had to wait for toast cold and harsh brown not cooked and waited too long. No gluten free cereal . Car park information poor

Relaxing

Liked: Staff were welcoming, efficient and great to deal with. Rooms and facilities superb breakfast was a wide and varied options to eat.
Disliked: Building works all around but not the hotels fault.

Liked: Clean, spacious.
Disliked: Pool and spa only open 4-8pm. There is no extractor fan in the toilet. Over priced.
