Overall is OK

Liked: A regular BW hotel, standard setup for everything.
Disliked: A bit far and from the train station, and everything was old.

Poor ac conditions

Liked: Staff are fantastic no issues
Disliked: The heat in the room, far far too warm, once we got there we looked at reviews from the past, they all had the same issues, and to solve this problem they put a standard small fan in the room that isn't capable of Cooling the whole room with a mixture of this and then none of the windows being able to open it wasn't comfortable being in the room, also the little things that they didn't do, like a bottle of water for the room especially in the heat or a mini fridge

pleasant and well suited for...

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room, good location. enjoyable breakfast (though a little pricey when booking at the hotel)
Disliked: The heat. The AC didn't work properly in the rooms which notably impacted sleep. A fan was provided too but without being able to open windows more than a crack the rooms were really stuffy. also unable to use pool facility - the opening times are very limited.

Very pleasant and would return

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel inside was lovely. Food was a buffet style with plenty of choice and well presented, cooked. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable, plenty of sockets and storage for clothes during our stay.
Disliked: Air conditioning didn't work in 1st room but we were moved straight away. However the air con wasn't great but a fan was also provided. Air con in the rest of the hotel was good
