Liked: Amazing rooms. Amazing deal!

Liked: This place is a joke. There is no customer support. You are on your own. They take your money and that's all you hear from them. In the indoor wave pool people are throwing numerous footballs around and hitting people and the lifeguards don't say anything
Disliked: Skip this resort at all costs! They fill the resort and close the Wild West indoor park so there is only one indoor hot tub for thousands of guest. Kids are running up and down and playing in the hallway all day and night. There is absolutely no security.

Disliked: Arrived to a sign that said your room has been (superdooper) cleaned. While wiping countertop w/Lysol wipes had to chisel food from the countertop from previous occupants. Not just in 1 place but all over. Food stuck on the clean bowls in cupboa

Liked: Great looking rooms, as good as an apartment.
Disliked: Signage is sometimes confusing, and it's not totally convenient to get around with a stroller. I had to carry the kid/stroller up and down some stairs because we couldn't locate an elevator.
