Liked: Breakfast was really good, room was big
Disliked: Decor is a bit dated. Phone in the room didn't work, no hair dryer or enough towels in the room. When we arrived, had to walk to reception to get items. Poor water pressure in the shower.

Excellent venue for a weekend...

Liked: Really spacious room allocated (Room 16). Quiet, no fuss staff but very attentive. Lovely grounds, very individual style to the hotel. Very good evening meal and breakfasts.
Disliked: Wifi signal in the bedroom was weak. Blackout blinds on the Velux windows would have been better than the ones fitted - very bright sunshine on June mornings very early!

Very disappointing and annoyed that...

Liked: Nice restaurant with overview of beautiful gardens.
Disliked: Paid a lot of money for a suite as there were no other rooms available. The room was very dark and dingy and the details stated there was a garden view. Instead there were large bushes trees and weeds directly outside the window making it difficult to have the window open at any time. The details also stated free WiFi which we needed. This was non existent and the receptionist informed this. The TV in the room was very old and poor quality and the hairdryer was broken. The breakfast was acceptable except for the tinned fruit. All in all very disappointing and certainly not worth the money we paid.
