Pleasant setting for a short...

Liked: Great location, easy access to multiple tube stations.
Disliked: Nothing, the room was small but I knew it would be so I was ok with it.

The hotel and staff were...

Liked: Our room was small but very clean and tidy with everything we needed including kettle, tea,coffee, fresh linen and towels, ensuite bathroom was lovely and clean, the staff were lovely helpful and polite.Lovely selection for breakfast in the morning to help you start the day. 😊Would definitely stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Disliked: Only down side was no iron in room but there was one down stairs available to use.

Very comfortable and felt well...

Liked: Great location, housekeeping was spotless and staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Not having kitchen facilities at all, no fridge, except tea/coffee making facilities.

Brilliant place in the heart...

Liked: Brilliant place to stay. We booked this last minute as was let down on the day by another hotel and they did us a favour. Staff were amazing, room was fabulous, the rest of the hotel spotless and an excellent breakfast. It was also in a fantastic location. It really made our London trip. Would happily recommend and will be back
