Pleasant, quite good value .

Liked: Spacious, clean, well decorated
Disliked: No safe in room, en suite door unnecessarily heavy, on a spring & difficult to open.

Superb

Liked: The hotel was clean, tidy and well appointed. Breakfast was well catered for, plenty of choice.
Disliked: People of a certain age and ability find it difficult to use the shower, as shower gel and shampoo containers had to be placed on the shower tray.

Amazing one day one second...

Liked: On arrival the customer service was amazing young lady n gentleman very polite and professional,I came downstairs for bucket of ice gentleman was very polite and professional
Disliked: The next day when me n my went out for the day to Weymouth, we got bk I walked to the bar to ask for a bucket of ice this time is was a lady she was very rude n gave me a small bucket of ice less than half full. She needs some customer service skills.
