Liked: The room and staff excellent.
Disliked: Food good but limited menu and some items not available. Long wait for our meal even though we were the only two in restaurant..

Exceptional

Liked: Was a Wonderful relaxing stay. The Spa was Exceptional
Disliked: Nothing to complain about. Staff really do go that extra mile

Liked: Food in the evening and breakfast was nice . The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean
Disliked: The single bed was a little short for my height and the mattress was a little bit firm. Also couldn't get the water at the right temperature for the shower but overall the sleep was okay

Liked: Nice a clean.Polite and helpful staff.Nice room and bathroom Nice food.
Disliked: Heating wasn't on on arrival, had to call reception but they apologised and turned it on.A bit expensive.

Food was 100% quality

Liked: Location perfect for us as we were at the race track behind hotel
Disliked: No pool or access to spa facilities

Liked: The staff at the George Albert are all so professional and polite. I will definitely come and visit again.
