Disliked: Avoid this property, rooms are over priced, parking Grapevine TX(not downtown Dallas or Ft Worth) overpriced so called Texas Steakhouse in-house restaurant expect airlines quality food,cheap plumbing fixtures, extra small bathtubs

Disliked: Didn't leave the massive building from arrival to departure. Everything overpriced - you are a captive consumer

Not at all worh it.

Liked: It was grand and appears more attractive online.
Disliked: The outdoor pool which was the reason for visiting was temporarily closed and yet full resort credit was charged. Guest services staff were limited, longer wait, no one else around to assist with luggage or to answer simple questios , guests had to fall in line to get yhe anwers they needed. Buffet breakfast not available during Easter Sunday but had options on 3rd company to avail it.
