Liked: Our room being on the ground floor
Disliked: Someone, probably previous occupants, left TV alarm set at 3am so annoyingly awoken at that time. Then in morning disturbed by other guests chatting in the reception area just outside the room

Liked: Staff pleasant, close to shops and where we needed to be.Very big room. Clean bedding
Disliked: No heatingNo hot waterNo TV remote or signalBathroom was dirtyToilet was dirtyFurniture was broken, my 4 year old caught his knee on a staple sticking out of the bed and has two puncture wounds.We were on the second floor, steep stairs.
