Disliked: Absolutely shocking service. Took my money and we got there with 3 kids to find the place in darkness with NO warning it was gonna be closed. Absolute joke of a place.

Good room , cost effective.

Liked: Good welcome by receptionist.
Disliked: Maybe the floor should have been better vacuumed but it was ok.

Liked: THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT EXIST. IT IS CLOSED DOWN AND WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO SLEEP IN OUR CAR AS EVERYWHERE ELSE WAS FULL

Why is this even listed...

Disliked: The location isn't even in operation anymore and booking dot com have taken my money, not refunded it and not answered my email to appeal in over a week. We had to book with another provider. Shocking service and this property needs to be taken off immediately. We turned up, the signs have been taken off, the property was clearly empty with no lights on throughout and had a 'for sale/auction' sign attached.

Don’t book, its a scam....
