Comfortable place, great to visit...

Liked: The location is great if you’re just arriving to San Diego. The staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. It’s a really cool place if you want to be near downtown.
Disliked: Old building, lots of stairs. But good though. Not very inconvenient.

Liked: The staff was great and very flexible, a huge shout-out to David who did the Tijuana tour, we had an absolute blast!
Disliked: So they email you about it before your stay but keep in mind that the breakfast is very modest. But it's still free breakfast!
