Life is too short for...

Liked: Kind and supportive staff, always ready to assist
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit weak. The selection was quite limited – we expected a bit moreThe Wi-Fi was extremely poor. Constant disconnections and incredibly slow speeds. In the evenings, between 5:00 and 11:30 PM, it was nearly impossible to get a stable connection – we could sometimes stay connected for a minute after spending five minutes trying to reconnect. The same issue continued in the morning hours. All four of us experienced this. In 2025, Wi-Fi problems like this are simply unacceptable. Life is too short for bad Wi-Fi.

Was not good value for...

Liked: I was really disappointed with my hotel room. It was located in the basement and felt as small as a closet. The window was dirty and faced directly against a wall, so there was no fresh air or view. Had I known about these conditions, I would never have paid so much for this room. There was barely any space for my belongings, just a bed and a single chair. The bathroom was next door, which wasn’t a big issue, but the room’s size and location were awful. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel’s location was good. However, it doesn’t feel fair to offer such a room to customers. Another issue was that one of the walls was warm, possibly due to some equipment operating behind it, which made the room feel like an oven, especially with the temperature outside being 30 degrees Celsius in London.

Liked: Nice and central once you work out the trains. Plus plenty to do if you like to walk

During hot days it is...

Liked: Staff at the reception was lovely, clean room, location.
Disliked: It was terribly hot, there is no ac, room is very very small, no fridge in the room, so even water couldn't be chilled, sink in the bathroom was so small i didn't know they existed, using it everything gets wet and messy.

Cute hotel in great location.

Liked: The location was really convenient. It was within walking distance to several underground stations and close to shops, cafes, and pubs. The room itself was good (although hot - we had a fan which helped to circulate the air) and it was nice having breakfast included. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.
Disliked: The only negative was that the wifi was so weak in our room our phones couldn't connect to it. Not sure if that was just our room or an issue across all of them.

Very nice staff, highly recommended

Liked: The staffs are really nice! They are really helpful all the time and were very kind to help us with all we need! The room is very good and bed is very comfortable. We had very good sleeps and rest. Location is very convenient as well.
Disliked: There is no fridges in the room and there is no bin in the room. The room is too hot at the day we arrive but there’s nothing wrong about the hotel.
