A considerable option for solo...

Liked: The location is nice, just a few minutes walk to Bayswater station. The staff was very nice and helpful. The prices were relatively low compared with other hotels during my stay.
Disliked: Single room is in the basement. My single room was under the stairs, so noises were heard when somebody walked upstairs and downstairs. Walls are not thick enough so you may hear noises from other guests. I heard songs coming from somewhere at midnight, which was a bit annoying. I also heard some random sounds like telephone ringtones (I don’t know what they are exactly) from the corridor, which was also a bit annoying.

An ideal place to stay...

Liked: The hotel is very well located- very close to Bayswater underground station. There is everything in the room to spend a nice stay. The breakfast is also good ! The staff is also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend :)

Not worth it.

Liked: Nothing nice about this place except location. Terrible small and nasty rooms.
Disliked: Everything. The rooms suck. Small. Old beds. Sad.

Liked: Staff were great, very professional and accommodating.
Disliked: The room was too hot and using the fan was not good at night as it was making noise, plus it was noticeable that the fan was not cleaned regularly; very dusty. The pillows were too thin and uncomfortable to lay on, the management surely needs to invest on pillows and air conditioning in the rooms. A fridge is an essential part of the room for food storage and keeping juices cold as the room was hot. The bathroom needs maintained as well. there were molds on the shower door and some on the tiles.

Great, slightly better than expected!

Liked: The bed and the view from of the window across the square. The room was clean. It was close to the centre and good value for money given the bonus discount on Booking.com.
Disliked: The breakfast was limited.
