Liked: The staff were exceptionally nice.
Disliked: I was in a room with a seperate bathroom, that wasn’t an issue but that fact the bathroom didn’t lock was. The constant mechanical hum from a central heating unit made sleep difficult. The room was very small.

Liked: Very good location and staff was super nice
Disliked: You never feel the room is clean. Carpets on the floor are old and it’s evident they have no deep cleaning

Great place, served our purpose.

Liked: Good buffet breakfast, great staff. In quiet area only 5 minutes walk to shopping strip/restaurants. 10 minutes to tube station from which you can access Heathrow Airport. Tea and coffee facilities, no refrigerater.
Disliked: Room heating turned on for only a few hours a day. Bar fridge in room would have been nice. Need extra rail while going down stairs for breakfast.

Very nice, clean and quiet.

Liked: The property was clean and recently renovated. It was great to have a lift a d not have to drag suitcases up the stairs.
Disliked: The bathroom and toilet down a short flight of stairs.

Liked: Quiet-ish location, for London. Not too far to pubs, tube etc.
Disliked: Room, bed and bathroom all too small. 5ft wide bed with only narrow space (1ft?) around for access. Shower "room" would be considered cramped on a channel ferry, where it belongs. Despite weather being only pleasant (22deg max) the room and the hotel were far too hot due to inadequate ventilation.
