Very nice, clean hotel. Only one person at check in on a Friday night of a booked hotel slowed the check in process down. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Very clean. Hostess was very busy but remained friendly.

Liked: The location is awesome, my husband and I walked to many places. We felt safe, everyone was extremely helpful and kind, the hotel just smelled good besides smelling clean, I swear a gentle men’s cologne is pumped through your air system! I loved having the 3rd floor tunnel between towers to get a Starbucks and other drinks while looking out over the Ohio River. We were able to be moved when needed to another room and got to help choose it. I didn’t use the exercise facilities but they have amazing views. Peter in the bar at Swizzle was so kind, we enjoyed the food in two of the venues there, and there were several places to get a cold beer or a drink throughout. We didn’t really come for the bourbon so anyone reading this please realize there are tastings in the hotel an everywhere else, the drinks in the restaurant and around town are fabulous! Overall your decor is stunning and smart, both inside and out, from the fabric choices on chairs and couches to your chandeliers and other lighting. We enjoyed our stay. Great job, I don’t know how you can attend to all the details day in and day out, not a fingerprint anywhere, just a delight to look around at everything, the carpets were immaculate, the elevators were timely.
Disliked: Our room 1631 West had one of the worst if not worst mattresses we have ever slept on. If we sat on the nightstand edge of the bed, the sides of it sunk down a good 8”. When my husband tossed and turned during his sleep, I was thrown about as if I were floating on an inner tube and a big boat sped by! When out of bed I put my back against the wall and put my socked foot against my side of the mattress and pushed, it jiggled like jello with tons of give. We suffered through this 2 nights then asked to move. We were offered a suite on the same floor with a King or a suite on another floor with 2 queens. My husband chose the 2 queen bedded room so that he would not toss me around because he still felt the mattresses in the suites were still bad. In my opinion the mattresses were somewhat better but not great. Just FYI, 802 West where we choose to sleep our last 2 nights, the door to the hallway sticks horribly, it is very noisy and takes some effort to open and shut and I can’t imagine neighboring rooms liking that noise. There is no fan in the bathroom and it took quite QUITE awhile for the hot water in the shower to heat up compared to the 16th floor. Question, why put the coffee set up in the bedroom, why not on the counter in the living room where there is a built in sink some 6’ across? Lastly, that room is extremely noisy freeway-wise and we realize there is nothing to do about that, that would be cost effective. We did appreciate the upgrade and that you offered to accommodate us however you could. I believe the suite on the 16th floor was a tad nicer, it did not have the same freeway noise and had more views, the layout was slightly different. I would have preferred to stay in that room over 802 but I let my husband make the final choice.
