I would ask about the...

Liked: It’s clean and the staff is very friendly. The bed is very comfortable.
Disliked: The street noise kept me awake all night. When the toilet was plugged, the staff told me that the plumber may not come to the property until noon because it was Sunday. The problem was solved when I suggested that a plunger would work. A nice hotel would always have maintenance staff handy, and staff should be trained on problem solving.

Superb

Liked: Complimentary drinks in the afternoon were a real pleasant surprise. Good place for our two little dogs with a courtyard where they could have a place to go.
Disliked: This one is probably on me. If I stay here again, I will ask for an inside room. It turns out that we are a little bit of light sleepers. We had an exterior room on the third floor next to the street. There is a lot going on down there at all hours.

classy hotel

Liked: the hotel is in a landmark building in the financial district of San Francisco. Walking distance to the wharf, chinatown and even little Italy - which I recommend for the food and more crowds. The valet boys are extremely nice and helpful. the staff at the reception is very professional but not as warm :) there's a secure parking across the street and a good coffee shop downstairs. super comfortable beds
Disliked: the 2 queen size beds room is nice but extremely small. you won't be able to open plastic suitcase without putting it onto bed first

Great stay in a central...

Liked: It looked exactly like the pictures in a very central location that was safe. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful . The upstairs garden area was really nice and a great bonus was the microwave

Liked: I had a fantastic stay at the Galleria Park Hotel during my recent work trip. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet, providing the perfect environment for both work and relaxation. Liked: spacious rooms in the suite we had.
Disliked: Some loud noise from the streets several times in the middle of the night. Windows are barely insulated to outside noise
