We had a good time,...

Liked: Location was excellent, the staff were really friendly and the wine bar below was lovely. We had a few issues with our room, the window catch was broken and the television didn't work. The window was mended as soon as we told the staff but we only got the television sorted out late on our second night.
Disliked: The shower didn't work, although there was a hand held one in the bath. In addition when you book a two night stay, you don't get room service although they did give us clean towels and anything else we needed.

Disliked: Service at dinner was exceptionally slow to the point of only having one desert available by the time the waitress got to us, only after being asked at the bar if someone could please take our order. Them we had to leave prompt in the morning and no one had turned up by eight to get the bar ready for breakfast, so skipped that

Disliked: The room/accommodation is Old worldly,-world. In other words it is rustic or in need of improvement. Certainly a step back in time/ another century.

Disliked: The 2 single beds pushed together had different mattresses and different heights, ( there was an inch difference) one mattress was firm and fairly comfortable the other not!
