This modern hotel is on the A386 5 miles from Plymouth city center. It has free parking free internet an exercise room and air-conditioned bedrooms with free local calls. Very welcoming. Room excellent- couldn't believe it is actually a budget hotel. Will use in future whenever I can.

Friendly staff in the bar...

Liked: Spacous and clean
Disliked: The evening meal at the restaurant was an over priced I felt and the drinks were expensive. The staff were amazing though.

Enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Didn't have breakfast. Don't eat cooked breakfast so brought our own cereal. No mention of continental so opted out.
Disliked: Nothing really. Though hotel was very clean, it looks a bit tired in places. Ready for a spruce up? Also, it was a bit too far out of the city but we coped enough with local transport.

Liked: Rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was lovely
Disliked: Mattress was soft and lumpy! Drinks at bar/ restaurant were expensive as was the food which wasn’t that great.

Our third visit to this...

Liked: Excellent room, clean and spacious, comfortable bed, shower over bath. Water dispensers on each floor. Good choice of food outlets nearby.
Disliked: Some traffic noise, specifically from motorbikes.

All round great stay, staff...

Liked: The two double beds in the twin room were great! Great location if going to the swimming pool, at the life centre. Starbucks on site made it fab for early starts. Food was good, breakfast is pricey but as long as you take your time and eat a lot - it’s worth it. Dinner is fab.
Disliked: Bath plug didn’t work, the restaurant doesn’t serve much food at lunchtime.
