Very welcoming. Room excellent- couldn't believe it is actually a budget hotel. Will use in future whenever I can.

Disliked: Free parking clean tidy and very helpful staff. Near retail park so an outlet for me!!

Disliked: The double bed had a very soft well used feel to the matress and which neither my partner or i found very comfortable
