Good location and a comfortable...

Liked: The property was in a good location to the bay, clean and suitable for my needs, and it had USB ports for charging. Overall good value for the area.
Disliked: There was a bit road noise coming from outside. Could have done with some better windows to prevent some noise.

Lovely stay

Liked: Great location Free parking always a bonus in SF. Room was clean and great size. Nice welcome when we arrived
Disliked: Quite noisy due to road noise ( and some guests banging doors at ridiculous hours of the night but that’s not the hotels fault ) Bigger towels please Reception area and stairways need updating. Don’t let that put you off as the rooms are lovely.

Superb

Liked: Good value for money. Great location, easy to walk to Fisherman's Wharf via Van Ness. Comfy bed, slept well with ear plugs as the accommodation is situated on busy street, but it didn't bother us at all. Little coffee just up the road across the street called The Coffee Berry does excellent coffee/tea & Pastries for a quick breakfast.
Disliked: Double charge error but was quickly rectified.
