Foxfields Country Hotel

was great to have seperate bedroom and living space. toilet plumbing very bad in room 107, so had to move although staff where helpful. gym very small but ok, pool and steam/sauna rooms nice. food was average, staff helpful, grounds and location very good.

Disliked: No rails on step-in bath for shower. Serious issue. Could easily cause a serious accident. Cheap & easy to fit a couple of rails to walls at back and end of bath. Do it before somebody slips and gets badly hurt.

Perfect one night stay and...

Liked: We booked two rooms as we were at a wedding at Mitton Hall the next day. This hotel couldn’t do enough for us and my elderly parents with access needs. We were both given suites and the service and staff were superb. Also, bar and and restaurant is excellent. Breakfas t was top class.
Disliked: Nothing
