The room was wonderful, large and very quiet - just what we wanted. The location was perfect - we were able to walk to the concert. We ended up coming back to the hotel after the concert and stayed in the lobby and people watched until 1am. It was the most fun we have had in a while.

Disliked: Where do I begin? The level of service and cleanliness at the Four Seasons hotel in Houston did not meet my expectations. Despite contacting them in advance with a few straightforward requests, they were unfortunately not fulfilled. Additionally, cleanliness in the common areas was an absolute nightmare.
