It’s the Foir Seasons so...

Liked: Everything. It’s the Four Seasons. Everything was perfect. You pay a high price but you get what you pay for and then some. Totally worth it.
Disliked: Nothing. Loved everything.

We had a great stay....

Liked: This is one great property. It is very well located in the midst of Back Bay Boston. It is close to most sites. But what really stands out about the property is the staff. I’m a pretty hard grader, but this staff is extraordinary. Everyone and I mean, everyone could not have been more pleasant and helpful during our stay.
Disliked: Nothing

Great location with first class...

Liked: Room location was excellent overlooking the park and close to the spa and pool. Spa and pool facilities were excellent. All the staff we encountered were most courteous and helpful.
Disliked: Cooked Breakfast was unfortunately cold on arrival. Omelette not really good. Had to have coffee replaced as that was cold too! We expected the formal dining room on the ground floor to be a little "grander". The food on the night we ate there was disappointing too. It really shouldn't take much to prepare a decent Caesar Salad!! There is a coffee bar on the ground floor which is ok and the staff are really helpful but it is not open all the time. It would be better to replace tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Liked: I was traveling with my dogs and the hotel was exceptional. Provided beds and bowls for them. Most hotels “allow” pets, but this hotel made my dogs feels like guests as well.
Disliked: Nothing. Location, staff, the rooms, and the food were great.
