Replace the carpet everywhere, clean...

Liked: Convenient location for our family to be closer to our son who lives there.
Disliked: It was older and unkempt. Walkways were not clean, looked like they had not been pressure cleaned in a long time. And in the rooms, the carpet was visibly filthy. Our children’s feet were black coming from a tub shower with clean feet - just into the room. Repeated efforts to obtain housekeeping services were not honored. We would have to physically go down to the front desk and ask 2 or 3 times. Very variable responses.

Disliked: Noise levels were higher that most other hotels. The door to our room, had a large gap under, you could see outside! This was concerning to us.
