Liked: Closest to Airport. Front staff was great and courteous
Disliked: Staff didn't tell us we had to use our badge to use the elevator. We got in LATE at night and we were tired and hit the button to go up and it wasn't working. All the time traveling I never used a keycard to go up the elevator. We switched rooms too because we couldn't get into the first one, we struggled and tried (We have arthritis) and they didn't tell us we had to ram the door to just open it up. The second room was ever harder to get into. The staff had to get into the room for us as he rammed the door open. When we did enter the room the smell of ammonia or some chemical was so strong we had to leave the room just to clear our head. It was like hiding a musty/mildew smell, and the strong chemical smell on top of was just too much. Spoke with another customer in passing and they said the same thing. The smell was rough until you got used to it. Went down for a swim to relax and the kids diving and jumping in the pool roughhousing was ridiculous. No staff to say anything, and the parents didn't say anything. There were NO towels anywhere to use either. The chlorine was also overpowering. We spent 5 minutes and had to leave. And last, I would say the staff needs to find another way to get up and down the floors. Took forever to get a elevator, and when we would go around the corner to check, it was the staff holding up the elevators and chatting with one another. Was frustrating. Overall, the staff was nice and accommodating.

Disliked: I will start by saying it was a rainy weekend so this may have contributed but inside the room was humid. It felt like I was outside. Idk how to describe it but the blankets felt wet my skin was sticky ac or not it was uncomfortable.

Liked: Room was good enough despite an obviously broken electrical box and door. The bed was good. The breakfast was expensive and not well priced. Gym is a tiny hole with nothing to clean with the bottle was empty. It is just treadmills and trashy equiptment.
Disliked: The late checkout was $50 which is beyond ridiculous and no one said anything until I arrived. It messed with the whole day I’d planned all because they didn’t let anyone know until I arrived. Which was late and they still wouldn’t budge.
