Four Points by Sheraton Santa Cruz Scotts Valley

Liked: Lovely lobby with hot drinks. Room was nice .
Disliked: Hot water was out and while we were emailed (it went to junk mail) we were not told upon check in.

Very good

Disliked: Not adequate parking for the size of the hotel. Many people coming in late did not have a place to park. We looked around the area for 15 minutes and went in and asked. We were told we could park across the street in a mixed use parking lot, which was not marked. Additional parking should be available on the premise.

Liked: It was a very nice and modern hotel with big rooms and you can connect to streaming services on the tv.
Disliked: The staff placed me in a different room than what I booked and when I went to the front desk there was no apology, they just acted as if I was bothering them. I wish there was a pool and hot tub. The rooms also smelt a little funky but wasn’t too much of a problem.

Clean enough, great shower, overpriced...

Disliked: That the prices were raised so much due to graduation. I don’t think that is right. This was not a $350 quality room

No hot water. Room not...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and I liked the courtyard.
Disliked: NO HOT WATER! I had to take a cold shower. Of course the manager wasn’t at the hotel. The room wasn’t ready. I almost tripped on a loose tile on yhe floor. It was like a two star hotel.

That’s it.

Liked: No breakfest. Good location
Disliked: We were overchrged by $85. Still waiting for resolution. We asked for upper floor and didn’ get it.

Scotts Valley Gem

Liked: Everything was perfect. We will definitely return and stay. Top notch all the way around from check in to check out. Staff was 👍 great!!
Disliked: Nothing
