Convenient for my purpose but...

Liked: The size of the shower stalls.The reception desk staff.
Disliked: The interior of the room I was in had mismatched furniture. That was the second room I saw because the first had an odor that was probably cigarette smoke masked by air freshener. The food options were minimal and the hot water to make breakfast tea wasn’t hot enough.The exterior area might have been lovely if the furniture and fire pits were in better condition.

Very disappointing compared to the...

Liked: I really like how kind the staff is. That sums it up for this visit.
Disliked: Room was not clean. (litteraly poop on the bathroom wall) It was right by the bar so we got to listen to a party. They were working on a room down the hall. More noise. We asked to move. Got another room that was not clean, but better than the poop. We stayed in this room. Bed was clean. Ask to stay away from the bar if you want sleep.

Good enough to return when...

Liked: Really great staff. Room was great THIS night. Quiet and clean. Had every thing I needed.
Disliked: Did not appreciate being cahrged for parking with no notice. It is not included in the price and we should be informed beforehand.

It was pleasant!

Liked: Loved how it was!
Disliked: It’s just that I paid a bit extra to have a balcony and asked to be at the higher floor, but when I came was offered first floor. Gladly the lady was able to give the third floor, but it ended up being without the balcony.

Hope to try again.

Liked: Lovely lobby with hot drinks. Room was nice .
Disliked: Hot water was out and while we were emailed (it went to junk mail) we were not told upon check in.

Disliked: Not adequate parking for the size of the hotel. Many people coming in late did not have a place to park. We looked around the area for 15 minutes and went in and asked. We were told we could park across the street in a mixed use parking lot, which was not marked. Additional parking should be available on the premise.
