No hot water. Room not...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and I liked the courtyard.
Disliked: NO HOT WATER! I had to take a cold shower. Of course the manager wasn’t at the hotel. The room wasn’t ready. I almost tripped on a loose tile on yhe floor. It was like a two star hotel.

That’s it.

Liked: No breakfest. Good location
Disliked: We were overchrged by $85. Still waiting for resolution. We asked for upper floor and didn’ get it.

Liked: Everything was perfect. We will definitely return and stay. Top notch all the way around from check in to check out. Staff was 👍 great!!

Great location.out of the Santa...

Liked: Friendly, accommodating staff. Great facility. Easy parking.
Disliked: The parking fee. It’s a drive to town so everyone will need to park.

Disappointed with atmosphere in general.

Disliked: Restaurant not available for some services because understaffed. Hotel generally cold and plain. Far too pricey for location.
