Great Hotel

Liked: Very clean place,from the towels to the bed everything was spotless and smell nice and this is First Hotel were the Shampoo and shower gel are regular size and thanks for that, perfect for a family of 4
Disliked: Looks a bit old and the theme that all aisle look the same feel kind of scary

We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: The location was perfect for staying near sdsu campus graduation weekend. We loved how flexible and personal all the staff were and they were so accommodating when we needed all our families rooms to be near each other.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: I loved the amenities,
Disliked: I thought it easily could be a 4-5 star hotel based off of the size and amenities. I think there could updated tile or cleaner carpet. I felt it was so big and I never saw staff. Just seems like such a small place with so many opportunities for growth

It was a nice hotel...

Liked: The room was great! And we so appreciated being able to have our rooms connected with the others we were traveling with!
Disliked: Having to pay for parking, it was not stated anywhere before arriving that we had to pay for parking. The hotel website and booking website I used both made it appear that breakfast was included, however, you have to pay for breakfast. We were traveling with our 1-year-old and the whole reason we picked this hotel was because of the rooms being connected and the breakfast. It was very upsetting that we could not get our little guy breakfast at the hotel, it was expensive to pay for the breakfast, so we had to go find a less expensive breakfast for all of us. Our 1-year-old was very fussy because he was hungry so it made for a tougher morning.
