Four Points by Sheraton Point Edward Sarnia

Attended the concert the night prior so I was not in the mood to be woken up at 8:00 in the morning by a cleaning lady entering our room.

Liked: The room was decent.
Disliked: Was not in the mood to be woken up at 8:00 in the morning because a cleaning lady let herself in.

Liked: I stay here almost every time I come to Sarnia and the staff are always lovely and rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable

Good

Liked: Comfy beds, room was very accommodating for our family of five
Disliked: The pool was out of service which disappointed kids, and breakfast was supposed to be included but the restaurant wasn't open because staff called in sick- so we had to go elsewhere and pay for breakfast plus it added unexpected extra time to our morning before heading across the border to the airport.

Liked: The property was extremely clean. Loved our dinner at Boston pizza located in the hotel. Nice pool and gym. Check and check out was smooth and nice staff. So close to the border too! Will definitely be back!
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. We had a very good experience.
