It was a comfortable stay...

Liked: I liked how convenient the location was, the rooftop bar was very cute, and the staff was extremely friendly and so sweet!
Disliked: The curtains had white stains on it, the lamp was tore up and so was the chair in the room, the wooden table and closet has splinters all over it. And the shower corners were extremely dirty, the corners all had dirt in it! Also didn’t like the fact that the room didn’t have a fridge!

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent. Important sites such as the Brooklyn Bridge, the Financial District, the 9/11 Memorial, Brooklyn Park and more are all within walking distance. There are shops and restaurants around the hotel. The room was clean, cleaning was regular. Room amenities were adequate.
Disliked: The breakfast is not very good. Exactly the same menu every day. French fries, potato croquettes, bacon, scrambled eggs, yogurt. There was no bread, cheese, ham, salami, any vegetables or fruit (except oranges).

Liked: Great location. Rooms small but ok
Disliked: Lifts took ages as staff use them too, so long waits at certain times. Fire alarm going off at 2am was a lowlight, although they handled that well.

Liked: The location was convenient, with the subway nearby for easy access around the city. The staff were polite and helpful during my stay.
Disliked: In the late evenings (9-10 pm), the noise from the bar and restaurant on the first floor was quite disruptive, especially with people smoking and drinking near the entrance, it didn’t create a very family-friendly atmosphere. Additionally, the room felt quite small, and the lack of proper ventilation made it uncomfortably humid after showers. I was told this was due to the building's design, but it still affected the overall comfort.

We would definitely stay again-...

Liked: High rise with a great NYC feel, good location , super clean and modern. The cleaning service was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing, we loved it!

Location perfect but couldn't sleep...

Liked: The location was really good, nearby Fulton metro station and also ferry is nearby if you want to go to the other side of the river
Disliked: Street noise was unbearable. We got a room on 8th floor, city view. It felt like you are sleeping on a street, there is no sound proof windows. The beds are small, not the usual queen size. If you take double bed room it fits 2 persons max due to size of the bed. What was not written in the booking info that they will charge for first night a day before. I was already on my way to the USA when I got email that they were not able to charge 1st night's amount and if I do not provide funds or update card by 5pm they will cancel my reservation. It was just lucky that I had time in the airport and connected to wifi, saw their email and was able to update my card details. Otherwise I would come to the hotel at 1am in the night with no room anymore. Not nice!
