Liked: The location of the hotel.
Disliked: The included breakfast frequently runs out of basic food and drinks. We had to wait for them to be refilled.The double bed is very narrow.The damage deposit is higher than what was stated on the reservation confirmation.

Liked: the staff was professional and kind, the location worked well for us
Disliked: a refrigerator in the room would be really great, especially for travelers who spend more than 2 days.

My stay was suffocated

Liked: The location is easy access to prime places of New York The front office supervisor Francesca is very helpful and friendly ,and her Junior also very helpful
Disliked: Very small and tiny room,the worst hotel ever stay in my all travel history,very rude African American front office staff and specifically showing like not time to listen,and when i ask the invoice they did not give me and said printer is not working ,also said will send to my mail but till now not received,also did not receive the hold amount USD 143.70 to my credit card account since i checked out on 13th April . Its make me very sad even its well known hotel .

Nice room in the financial...

Liked: Awesome location, the room was nice and clean, the bed was soft and the view from the windows was really nice, especially as we were on the 18th floor.
Disliked: The room felt a bit small and was mostly occupied by the giant bed (no complaints there!)
