I am very pleased with my stay. I felt very welcomed. The staff were very professional and attentive. I had an issue with my heating. I was not getting any heat despite increasing the thermostat. Moises was sent to assess the issue. He was able to fix it and all was good. I kind of wish there was assigned parking for those staying at the hotel. It's a gamble every time you leave the hotel. The room was very clean and inviting. Had I known earlier, I would have requested a refrigerator at the time of booking. Not all rooms have refrigerators. Overall, I would stay at this hotel in the future.

Liked: The customer service was excellent! Every staff member I interacted with was nothing but professional and courteous. The staff at the restaurant were very attentive. I had an issue with the cranberry juice, but our server was quick to apologize and offer me a substitute.
Disliked: I feel that the breakfast buffet was overpriced for what was offered. $21 a person for Pancakes, which were very dry; eggs; bacon; sausage; potatoes. I understand the cost of things have increased, but less than $20 a person would have been more reasonable.

Disliked: The hotel hallways were very dirty looking dingy and there was hair in my tub. No hair dryer or lotion no cream for coffee and no stirs for the coffee. I actually didn’t feel safe.
