Four Points By Sheraton Kansas City Airport

Liked: Very positive - there for a show at the Expo.

It was exceptional.

Liked: From the moment we walked in young lady at the counter greeted us. We arrived about 1130am and she found us a room and got us in right away. Got settled then went and had a great lunch with great service at the motel restaurant . About 430 we spent a little time at the bar few drinks some appetizers and the bar tender she was exceptional as well. We will definitely be booking again when we come back to KC.
Disliked: That we couldn't stay longer

The room 147 was horrible....

Liked: Somewhere close where I could get a few hours of sleep because my flight to Houston got canceled.
Disliked: Cleaned better. There were ants crawling everywhere. All in the bathroom and even on the walls. There was even black mold in the bathroom. I am not impressed with this property. If I know my experience was going to be like this I would have just stayed at the airport. It was a waste of my money.

Great location to airport. Clean...

Liked: We had a nice quiet room as requested. The offer shuttle to and from airport. We arrived at the hotel around 11 pm so we were very tired after an international flight. They allowed us to check out an hour later so we were able to sleep a little longer. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No complaints

Overall it was quiet clean...

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: It’s been a month and still haven’t gotten my 50$ deposit back. Oh and the elevator felt like it was going to break so I took the stairs
